However, when individual packages are stored by stacking them one above the other, it is troublesome to check the quantity of individual packages, and when the packaging boxes are stacked in multiple tiers or when a person gets on the packaging box during cargo handling, there is a direct load on the packaged items. Moreover, if the individual packages are stored vertically and the individual packages are tilted during transportation, the packaging box is likely to be crushed by the load applied from above.

The present invention was developed in view of the above circumstances, and in a case where the box body is formed by folding a paper board with flaps integrally extending from the upper and lower ends of the four side panels, A buffer frame portion is formed by bending the upper and lower flaps of the two side plate portions, and a required number of fitting grooves that are parallel to each other and penetrate in the vertical direction are formed in the buffer frame portions. A plurality of individually packaged mounts are fitted into the fitting grooves of each of the buffer frames to stand up vertically parallel to each other in the box main body, and the upper and lower edges of the mount are fitted with the By having the inner surfaces of the flaps that close the top and bottom surfaces of the box body come into contact with each other, it is possible to easily check the quantity and prevent damage to the packaged items or the packaging box due to the load applied to the box body during transportation and cargo handling. To provide a packaging box that does not require much space, and also occupies a small space during storage.

First, the upper halves of the upper flaps 2a and 4a and the lower halves of the lower flaps 2b and 4b are respectively folded inward through 360 degrees through the fold line 7a so that they overlap. The sides are abutted by gluing on the inner surfaces of the side plates 2 and 4, respectively (see FIG. 4).

Therefore, the four corners of each device 3 are fitted into the fitting grooves 10, and each device 3 is supported in an upright state at a predetermined interval within the packaging box 1.
Tilting during transportation and cargo handling is reliably prevented.

After the required number of individual devices 3 are stored in the packaging box 1, the upper flaps 3a and 5a are each folded inward through the crease 6b and closed by pasting tape in the same manner as the lower flaps 3b and 5b described above.

By the way, the dimension in the height direction of the mount 14 is set to be approximately equal to the height dimension of the side plate parts 2 to 5.
The lower edge of the mount 14 contacts the inner surface of the lower flaps 3b, 5b, and the upper edge of the mount 14 contacts the inner surface of the upper flaps 3a, 5.
It comes into contact with the inner surface of a.

In this embodiment, as explained above, the individual devices 3 are housed in the packaging box 1 in an upright manner, making it easy to confirm the quantity. Fitting groove 10
The upper and lower edges of the mount 14 are fitted to the upper flaps 3a, 5a and the lower flap 3b so that they do not tilt during transportation and cargo handling.

5b, the load applied from above to the packaging box 1 during transportation and cargo handling is shared by each side plate 2 to 5 of the packaging box 1 and each mount 14 of the plurality of individual devices 3. Therefore, since the mount 14 acts as a reinforcing plate for the packaging box 1, the packaging box 1 will not be crushed.
Furthermore, the packaged items are not damaged as would be the case when individual packages are stacked one above the other.

Moreover, since the buffer frame part 8 can be made into a flat shape by being brought into close contact with the side plates 2 and 4 as shown in FIG. 4 due to the fold line 7a, the space occupied during storage can be reduced.

In the above embodiment, since the fitting groove 10 vertically passes through the buffer frame 8, the individual devices 3 can be inserted from above the packaging box 1 after the buffer frame 8 is formed into a rectangular tube shape. However, for example, the fitting groove 10 formed in the buffer frame part 8 located at the lower part of the packaging box 1 does not have to penetrate downward, and the buffer frame part 8 located at the upper part of the packaging box 1 does not need to be penetrated downward. If the device 3 is formed into a rectangular tube shape after being stored, the fitting groove 10 does not have to penetrate upward, and in short, the four corners of the individual device 3 can be fitted and supported by the fitting groove 10. The upper end edge of the mount 14 approaches the upper flaps 3 a , 5 a with an interval corresponding to the thickness of the upper flaps 2 a , 4 a , and the upper flaps 3 a , 5 a
A and the lower flaps 3b, 5b are slightly deformed to form the mount 14.
This prevents the packaging box 1 from being crushed.

Further, in the above embodiment, when forming the buffer frame portion 8, the fold line 7 is
The tip side from C was attached to the side plates 2 and 4 by gluing, but when storing the individual device 3 in the packaging box 1, the lower buffer frame portion 8 was bent into a cylindrical shape in advance, and the individual device was attached to this. 3
After inserting and supporting both ends of the lower part of the unit and storing all the individual packages, insert the buffer frame 8 into the upper part and insert the individual unit 3 into the fitting groove 10.
By inserting and supporting the upper and lower buffer frames 8 by bending them while inserting the upper and lower ends thereof, the upper and lower buffer frames 8 can be packaged without being glued to the side plates 2 and 4.

Furthermore, if cardboard is used as the mount 14 of the individual device 3 and the board is placed in the packaging box 1 with the crevices oriented vertically, the creases will be located vertically, making it even stronger against vertical loads. .

As explained above, in this invention, the individually packaged mounts are stored in a parallel state inside the box body, making it easy to confirm the quantity. Since the inner surfaces are in contact with each other and the individual packaging mounts share the load applied from above to the box body, the weight applied from above to the packaging box does not act directly on the packaged items, making transportation easier. To provide a packaging box that does not damage the packaged item or the packaging box due to a load applied from above to the packaging box during loading and unloading, and also occupies a small space during storage.
