Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 排気ターボ過給機付内燃機関の排気管と、前記過給機の
    タービンの入口とを結ぶ管路の途中足り分岐するバイパ
    ス管を設けると共に、このバイパス管を開閉するバイパ
    ス弁を設け、前記バイパス弁を、一方に過給圧力が、他
    方にスプリングの付勢力および大気圧が各々作用するダ
    イヤフラムに一取付け、前記過給圧力とスプリングの付
    勢力および大気圧とのバランスによって前記バイパス弁
    ヲ制御するようにした排気バイパス弁装置において、前
    記スプリングを大気圧力に応動するベローズ上に配設し
    たことを特徴とする排気バイパス弁装置。
