Wiping to apply makeup to a molded article has been done conventionally. For example, there is a method of printing a pattern on the obtained molded product using BT printing, etc.
Adding various coloring materials in advance 1. The method of expressing the texture, stiffness, and abbreviation of marble is an old method used in the past. However, in the former case, it is difficult to apply makeup to a distorted plate-like C molded product, and in the latter case, it is difficult to always obtain a constant pattern. It is.

There has also been an attempt to print a synthetic #i pig receipt in advance and integrate the synthetic resin sheet and the molded product during molding. With this method, the US shape is formed only by printing a synthetic resin sheet, and the resulting product has the same external strength as that of a decorative sheet pasted along the surface of the molded product. It lacks.

The present invention aims to solve the above-mentioned problems of the conventional art, and has been developed by applying a printed pattern to a colorless transparent or colored transparent synthetic resin sheet (by creating a decorative sheet, and then creating a decorative sheet). The sheet is set inside the injection mold (5), and then colored (4) by molding using a molding resin composition containing fibers to obtain a molded product integrated with the decorative sheet. The main idea is a method for manufacturing cosmetic molded articles characterized by the following.

以下に本発明について詳細に説明する。The present invention will be explained in detail below.

First, in the method of the present invention, a decorative sheet is created by providing a printed pattern on a 4q% colored transparent row or colored transparent synthetic resin sheet. As the synthetic resin sheet, it is preferable to select a material that has good adhesion to the molding resin described later, and should be selected and used so that it is easy to print and mold. - Examples include polyvinyl chloride resin, polystyrene resin, acrylonitrile-styrene copolymer resin, acrylonitrile -
Films or sheets of butadiene-styrene three-component copolymer resin, acrylic resin, etc. can be used, and colorless and transparent ones or colored and transparent ones are used. The degree of transparency is limited as long as the surface of the molded product is visible, but the greater the transparency, the greater the ability to express depth, which is the effect of the present invention. The above synthetic resin sheet may have a single layer or a back layer, and in the case of multiple layers, one of the layers may be colorless and transparent, and the other layer may be colored and transparent. Further, a single layer of brimer may be provided on the synthetic resin sheet to reduce the adhesion with the molding resin described later. Furthermore, since the synthetic resin sheet 5 is ultimately molded to match the shape of the molded product, it is preferable to use one with high plasticity so as not to leave any distortion after molding.

The above synthetic resin sheet is printed using a known printing method and ink. The ink used here is selected in consideration of its adhesion to the synthetic resin sheet and the adhesion to the synthetic resin sheet for molding since the printed surface of the synthetic resin sheet and the synthetic resin for molding usually come into contact. In addition, it is necessary to select dyes and pigments that are colorants of the ink that can withstand the heat during molding, which will be described later. Various types of printed patterns can be used, but since the resin composition described below is suitable for reproducing wood grain patterns, it can be used to express the contours of wood grain patterns and wood grain conduits.2.゛) A book about wood grain patterns, such as one with a 1° angle, is preferable, and it is better to print it using a plate made to imitate precious wood or the like. After printing in this manner, it may be laminated with another transparent film or a transparent protective layer may be provided to protect the printed surface, if necessary.

The decorative sheet obtained as described above is then set inside an injection mold. A preferred embodiment at this time is to previously shape the decorative sheet along the mold. The pre-forming method may be a method in which the decorative sheet is molded in a separate mold by a molding method using vacuum or compressed air, or a method such as vacuum molding using a molding mold. . These pre-formings do not need to match the molding mold in detail; therefore, when a separate mold is used, the separate mold should roughly reproduce the shape of the molding mold. That's enough.

Various colored fibers can be used as the colored fibers used above, but in particular, the diameter is 0.1 to 1.0 mm and the length is 2 mm to 50 mm.
If a material of the same size as a station is used, directionality will occur in accordance with the flow of the molding resin composition during molding, giving an appearance similar to the fibrous structure of wood. The molded product is suitable as a base for woodgrain patterns. The colored fibers can be colored by a known method, and the colored fibers can be colored to match or differ from the coloring of the synthetic resin in which the resin composition is absorbed.

Also, if the refractive index of the fiber and the refractive index of the synthetic resin are the same, it will be difficult to distinguish between the fibers in the molded product, but if the refractive index is different,
The fibers in the molded product can be easily distinguished, and the three-dimensional effect can also be improved by refraction of light. The mixing ratio of the colored fibers in the resin composition can be arbitrarily determined within a range that does not reduce fluidity during molding. The material of the colored fiber used for the above purpose is preferably a material that can be used at a molding temperature of 11' for the resin, and in this sense, natural fibers such as wool, corpse, cotton, and heat-resistant chemical fibers are preferred. Although high-quality materials such as rayon, lube, polyester, polyester, etc. can be used, it is preferable to use glass ik&, which has higher heat resistance.

The present invention (-) is composed of the above-mentioned falconers, and therefore, it can be applied to the shape of the falconer as long as it can be molded into any shape. By using the pattern of the decorative saw r and the material texture of the molded product itself, it is possible to give a deep and complex appearance. It is suitable for expressing wood grain patterns.
