Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide possibility of a constant amount of unwinding at all times by furnishing an unwinding roller, which turns in pressure contact with the material roll, at the body of a textile spreader machine with possiblity of as well rotation as vertical motion and by adjusting this vertical motion with an operational leve and a balance weight. CONSTITUTION:When a material roll 5 is loaded at the end of a suppor arm 4 and put in contact pressure with an unwinding roller 6 located at the top position of a longitudinal hole 10, this unwinding roller 6 will begin sinking. When this sinking swings the short member of an operational lever 15 downward and the long member upward, a roller 19' of a limit switch LS 19 will be dislocated from a recess 20' of cam 20. Thus the LS19 is turned off. Thereby drive of the support arm is stopped and rotation of the unwinding roller 6 will now unwind the material roll 5.
