Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent one of bands from sticking to a working piece and from separating from the other band by pinching the lapping portion of a thermoplastic synthetic resin bands to be welded between a supporting member and a pressing member and pressing the members to be welded. CONSTITUTION:While the lapping portion of polypropylene bands (PP bands) 10 is pinched between the press plate 36 and the supporting plate 30, the welding member 34 performs a closing motion toward the supporting plate 30. Projecting pieces 32 perforate through holes 38 of the pressing plate 36, welding through holes are formed by the heating and pressing actions of the projecting pieces 32 on the lapped portion and the bands are welded into each other. Then, when the welding member 34 is applied a release motion, the projecting piece 32 are not stuck to the through holes 26 and faulty welding can be prevented completely because the peripheries of the welding through holes 26 are pinched by the pressing plate 36 and the supporting plate 30.

The middle stage, in which the east part near the 4th part is heated and then connected to the east from the rC, has become widely popular in recent years. This thermal TiJ plastic synthetic side band is a binding material made of a linear polymeric material such as general tic borino U pyrene or nylon, and exhibits remarkable molecular orientation in the direction of elongation, resulting in a large tensile strength.

In addition, the band...has many suitability as a binding material, such as being easily joined by applying heat to the joints of the bands. J) i<7
Currently, most small U-pyrene bands are used for F, and it is generally abbreviated as PP band, so one example is #.

As shown in the figure, a plurality of parallel protruding pieces 20t and nine heating tools 22p are pressed against the overlapped portion of the PP band 100, and as shown in FIG. A method has been proposed and put into practical use by forming melting through holes 26f for joining. Since the load is applied evenly over the entire welded portion of the prize hole 26, a large tensile strength is obtained, and it is sufficient for practical use. However, with this joining method,

Since only the vicinity of the overlapping ends of the hooks are flanged, when the protruding piece 20 of the heating tool 22 is immediately removed from the melting through hole after welding is completed, one hook is attached as shown in ■ in Figure 2. There was a high possibility that one PP band 10 would melt and adhere to the protruding piece 20 and peel off from the other PP band 10, resulting in poor bonding.

Next, regarding the PP band bonding force method &C according to the present invention,
This will be explained in detail below with reference to the drawings. First, as an example of m1, a case will be described in which a plurality of melting through holes 2At are formed to extend in the stretching direction of the PP band 10 as shown in FIG. 4 (1) to 6) show the entire process of the joining method according to the present invention over time, and also schematically illustrate a binding tool for carrying out this joining method. ^11 The ingredients for binding are P
A support plate 30 on which the overlapping portion of the P band 100 is placed, and a plurality of protruding pieces 32r protruding from the support plate 304 in parallel.
It is basically composed of a first processing piece 34 that can be opened and closed in the direction C, and a presser plate 66 that is interposed between the fused 7JII piece 34 and the support plate 30, and the weight plate 6
6 moves close to the supporting plate 30 prior to the closing operation of the welded piece 34 and clamps the overlapped portion of the PP/4 knot 10 together with the support plate 30, and also supports it after the opening operation of the welded piece 34. Although it functions to separate from the plate 30 and completely release the clamping of the overlapped portion, the mechanism is not the gist of the present invention, and detailed explanation thereof will be omitted.

In this way, press the overlapping part of the PP band-o with the holding plate 36.
The bath kimono processed piece 34 is held between the support plate 3o and the support plate 3o.
When the protruding piece 32 is closed toward the f support plate AOK, the protruding piece 32 passes through the through hole 38 of the holding plate 36 and reaches the overlapping part of the PP band-o, thereby improving the heating effect and pressing property of the protruding piece 32. A welding through hole is formed downstream at the spun overlapping portion, and the bands are welded together (see FIG. 4B)). That is, two elongated parallel through holes extending in the stretching direction are formed by the protruding pieces 32 in the overlapping portion of the PP bands 10, and the inner walls of the through holes of the upper and lower PP bands are welded to each other and thereby The parts are integrated and joined together.

Furthermore, while continuing to be held between the presser plate 36, the support plate 3o, and K, the #-coated piece 64 is released, for example, the protruding piece 52
It comes out from the melting through hole 26 of the FiPP band-o and the through hole 38 of the holding plate 36 (see FIG. 4 (see 41).
The fly side of a certain AM through hole 26 is firmly held by the front presser plate 36 and the support plate 5°, so that the protruding piece 32
is not melted and adhered to the through hole 26, and therefore, a bonding failure due to peeling of the 'P band as previously explained in connection with Figure 2 (2) K is completely prevented. In addition, around the melted part of the first through hole 26,
Because of the position of the inner peripheral edge of the mash, cooling of the part of the mash is facilitated.
By releasing the clamping of the overlapped portion of the PP band 10 by K, the series of binding operations is completed. Two parallel elongated melting through holes 26 extending in the stretching direction are formed to join the bands to each other.

In addition, the aforementioned melting! The through hole 26 has a diameter of P as shown in FIG.
In addition to providing two strips parallel to the stretching direction of the P-band 10, it is possible to form them in various shapes with patterns such as those shown in (1) to (1) in Figure 6 of the body.

Further, after the PP-P band 10 is tied to the object to be packed, the PP band may slip out of the object to be packed and fall off. Therefore, conventionally, as shown in Fig. 5, 12 KPP bands 10 of cardboard boxes are bound horizontally and vertically and crossed with each other, and the intersection is fixed with cross-shaped fixing metal fittings (or PP bands 10).
In such a case, 1. @2
Cross-shaped melting through hole 4 as shown in FIG. 7 as an example
2 at the intersection of the PP bands 10,
Effective measures to prevent leakage can be taken. That is, P
A cross-shaped through hole 421 is melt-formed so as to form an angle of 45° with respect to the stretching direction of the P band 10, and a T-junction is made at the intersection as shown by reference numeral B in FIG. In addition to the cross shape, this welding pattern can also be a "><" shape or an r
y J-shape is preferably adopted, and this is the welded piece 34.
This problem can be solved simply by correspondingly changing the shapes of the protruding piece 32 and the through hole 38 of the holding plate 360. In addition, in this way, KPP
When forming 42 cross-shaped melting through holes at the intersections of the band 10, the reason why they are set at an angle of 450 to the stretching direction of the band is to disperse external tensile force applied to the drawing band 10. This is because Kjlk4 is mechanically effective, and it goes without saying that it may be adopted for other bathrobe-shaped patterns. Also in this case, each step of joining is exactly the same as the process shown in Fig. 4.

In this way, according to the bonding force method of PP band according to the present invention, after forming the overlapping part t/c of the PP band with the heated processed piece and forming the through-hole through the PP band, the wrinkled processed piece is Even if the PP band is removed, the periphery of the through hole is securely clamped by the presser member, support member, and K, so the welded piece will not melt and adhere to the through hole, resulting in poor bonding due to peeling of the PP band. It is possible to avoid this and ensure reliable bonding. Furthermore, since each step can be carried out in sequence very easily, a bonding device with a simple structure can be used, which has the advantage that it can be carried out at low cost.
