【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、例えばタンカー或は海中一時原油貯蔵タンク
等に於けるようにバラスト水と原油とが即ち異種の液体
が混ざることのない様ゴム引布等の隔膜にて区分する容
器の製造方法に関するものである。

垂直方向に配置されていると、隔膜の取付作業特甲吊具
によって吊り下げた隔膜の上側縁部に隔膜の自重が集中
しその個所に隔膜の引きのびや隔膜の破損をきたすこと
があり、単位容器が大型になればなるほどこの傾向は著
しいものである。

器主要部分を製作し、この開口部を上側にして配置され
た単位容器主要部分の内側に吊られた隔膜を単位容器主
要部分に取り付けた後、上記開口部に単位容器補充部分
を接合例えば溶接し単位容器を形成することを特徴とす
るものである。

を吊下げ持って来て固定が一挙に行え、しかも容器の製
作は単位主要部の製作と単位容器補充部分の接合とに分
けて行うので大重量、大容積の容器にも拘らず楽に行え
る利点がある。

けた後上記開口部に単位容器補充部分を接合し単位容器
を形成することを特徴とする隔膜を備えた異種の液体を
入れる大型容器の製造方法。 2 隔膜固定位置が隔膜を固定したとき直方体容器を対
角線状に二分割するような位置であり且つ開口部のなす
面がこの固定位置のなす面に近い特許請求の範囲第1項
記載の隔膜を備えた異種の液体を入れる大型容器の製造
方法。 3 開口部のなす面が水平方向であるように配置された
特許請求の範囲第1項又は第2項記載の隔膜を備えた異
