吸気ポート１９、排気ポート２４及び燃料噴射器の取付
孔を明け、吸気ポート１９の終端部１９ａに吸気ポート
旋回室２０を形成し、旋回室２０の近くに噴射器取付孔
１２を位置させ、吸気ポート旋回室２０−の周面２０ａ
と噴射器取付孔１２の周面１２ａとの隣り合う部分に連
通口２２を開口して、この連通口２２で噴射器取付孔１
２を吸気ポート旋回室２０に連通させ、これにより噴射
器取付孔１２に取付けた燃料噴射器１３の窓孔２１に臨
む周壁部分を、吸気ポート旋回室２０内で旋回する吸気
にさらして冷却するように構成した事を特徴とする、直
