Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）前面に扉体を有する加熱調理器と、上記扉体上方
    に送風吐出口が配設された強制送風手段とを備えてなる
    厨房装置。
  2. （２）　　強制送風手段は加熱調理器の調理開始スイッ
    チと連動することを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項記載の厨房装置。
  3. （３）強制送風手段は加熱調理器の調理停止後所定時間
    継続して送風させる遅延手段を有することを特徴とする
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項または第２項記載の厨房
    装置。
  4. （４）　　遅延手段は熱応動装置であることを特徴とす
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第３項記載の厨房装置。
