Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve paper handling effect through sending adequate quantity of air between each form by slanting a holding means for piled forms and sending air into forms in case a reverser which handles those forms used for both sides printing. CONSTITUTION:When a fork 9 is loosened to move an L-shaped lever 34 back and forth by means of a handling stick while forms 4 held by means of forks 8, 9 through a pallet 3 are in a condition of being erected, forks at four points are synchronously slanted by means of a connecting stick 36. Also, simultaneously with slanting movement of the forks, a piston nozzle 40 is moved to send an air from piping 50 into the forms. Accordingly, slanting of the fork 9 causes mutual slippage among the forms, edges of which become step-like to help penetration of air. Further, the piston nozzle pushes up lower edges of the forms by its convex part and widens opening for air penetration, realizing complete sending of adequate quantity of air between each form. Effect of form handling is thus improved.

By the way, if printing paper that has been printed on one side is left in a stacked state at the paper output section of a printing machine, the lower stacked paper will be pressurized by its own weight, and the printing side will be separated from the printed side. Since the printed surface may adhere depending on the state of the ink (undried), it is usually necessary to handle the printing paper after 2 to 8 hours to accelerate drying, peel off the soft adhesive, and remove paper dust and desiccant. .

As a conventional device for this i, there is a mechanism shown in Fig. 'M2. In other words, hold down the pallet (3) and paper (4) with the paper holding forks (8) and (9).
After setting the paper in an upright position as shown in Fig. 2(b), loosen the forks (11) and shift the pallet tJ) outward to create a gap in the paper (Fig. 2). As shown in (c), air was blown out from the rotating brush (e) from the F section (to the color air nostle) that moved along the edge of the paper to send air between the sheets of paper. had the following drawbacks:

8(a) to 8(C), FIG. 4, and FIG. 5 show an embodiment of Jin's invention, and the same reference numerals as in FIGS. 1 and 2 are the same. Figures 4 and 5 are a perspective view and a plan view showing a portion of a tilting operation means (7) for tilting a fork (9), which is a holding means for holding paper, and in the figures, C1◇ is H composed of C-type copper
The fork holder C11 built into the frame (7) is a moving wheel attached to four locations on the fork holder C11l, and the fork (9) is attached to the axle on the wheel. It is held on a fulcrum so that it can be folded down. (B) is a variable lever pivotally attached to the fork holder (11), and one end is pivotally attached to a variable arm (9a) provided on the fork (9). (to) is an operating rod connected to the other end of the variable lever, and is operated when necessary. (to) is the other paired fork (not shown)
This is a connecting rod for synchronous operation. (b) is a hydraulic cylinder for moving the fork holder 6 up and down in FIG. 4. Further, (to) shown in FIG. 8(C) is a piston nozzle (air nozzle), which has a slope-shaped convex portion formed on the surface facing the lower end of the paper (4), and air is supplied from the piping. Therefore, when the fork (9) is tilted, a shift occurs between the sheets, and the edge of the sheet becomes step-like, which helps air enter, and the piston nozzle is located at the convex portion at the bottom of the sheet (4). By raising the paper, the air inlet is widened and the appropriate amount of air can be completely sent between the sheets.
