Such a phenomenon often occurs when controlling the rotational speed of the blower blades. For example, when using a reactor coil and controlling the speed by utilizing the voltage drop caused by the so-called tap switching, the above-mentioned tap switching When a disturbance occurs in the voltage waveform or when speed control is performed by phase control, the voltage waveform changes, and its high frequency component causes the motor to vibrate, which is the main cause of resonance in the blower blades.

Reference numeral 19 denotes an annular protrusion integrally provided around the outer periphery of the backing plate 8 so as to face the surface of the boss body 11 facing the corresponding plate 8, that is, the end face 11a on the right side in the figure. 11

Now, when the motor 4 is energized and started, the rotational force of the rotary shaft 5 is transmitted to the boss body 11 via the key material 17, and the entire blower blade 10 rotates integrally with the rotary shaft 5.

By the way, for example, when the taps of the motor 4 are changed or the voltage is controlled by phase control in order to convert the rotational speed of the blower blade 10, the voltage waveform is disturbed, and the motor 4 vibrates due to its high frequency component.

However, according to the present embodiment, since the plate spring 9 is interposed between the boss body 11 of the blower blade 10 and the backing plate 8, the vibration of the motor 4 is absorbed by the vibration absorption effect due to the elastic deformation of the iron plate spring 9. This vibration is prevented from being transmitted to the blower blade 10.

Therefore, there is no possibility that the blower blade 10 resonates with the vibration of the motor 4, and no unpleasant abnormal noise is generated.

By the way, when the motor 4 is started, the vibration of the motor 4, particularly in the axial direction, is large, and in this case, the leaf spring 9 is caused to be excessively moved due to the displacement of the boss body 11 in the direction of the backing plate 8 due to the vibration. There is a concern that the product may be forced to deform, that is, deform beyond the allowable deformation range, resulting in damage.

In this respect, according to this embodiment, the boss body 11 has a gap of 1s5! A
The boss body 11 can move in the axial direction with respect to the rotary shaft 5 within the range allowed by, that is, the allowable deformation range of the leaf spring 9, and the boss body 11 moves in the direction of the backing plate 8 beyond the allowable deformation range of the leaf spring 9. If an attempt is made to do so, the protrusion 19 will come into relative contact with the end surface 11a of the boss body 11, and this will prevent the boss body 11 from moving closer, so the leaf spring 9 will be forced to deform beyond the allowable deformation range. Therefore, there is no possibility that the leaf spring 9 will be damaged.

More particularly, according to this embodiment, the protrusion 19 of the backing plate 8 that surrounds the leaf spring 9 holds the iron plate spring 9 in a substantially concentric position so as not to deviate from the axis of the rotating shaft 5. The elastic biasing force acts uniformly on the boss body 11 without being biased, and the vibration absorption effect can be stabilized.

In addition, since the protrusion 19 is formed in an annular shape, the end face 11a of the boss body 11, the backing plate 8, and the protrusion 19 can surround the leaf spring 9, so that the surrounding space is the same as the backing plate. 8 and the end surface 11 a of the boss body 11 , it is possible to fill the space between the rotating shaft 5 and the end face 11 a of the boss body 11 with grease or the like, thereby preventing rust on the rotating shaft 5 and preventing so-called rusting between the rotating shaft 5 and the boss body 11 . Therefore, it is possible to easily remove and insert the blower blade 10 into and out of the rotating shaft 5 during maintenance and inspection, and furthermore, it is possible to prevent the leaf spring 9 from rusting.

In the above embodiment, the protrusion 19 was provided on the backing plate 8, but as in the protrusion 20 in FIG. It may be provided on the periphery of a to face the backing plate 8 with a predetermined gap,
In short, it may be provided on one of the facing surfaces of the boss body and the abutment member, which face each other with the vibration absorbing member in between.

Further, in the above embodiment, an annular plate spring 9 formed in a corrugated shape was used as a vibration absorbing member, but as shown in FIG. 5, where the same parts as in FIG. The elastic body 21 may be used as a vibration absorbing member, and in this case, the elastic body 21 is protected by the backing plate 8, so that it can withstand use even under environmental conditions that adversely affect the elastic body 21. becomes.

As explained above, the present invention provides an elastically deformable vibration absorbing member between the boss body of the blower blade and the backing member, so that the resonance of the blower blade and the generation of abnormal noise due to the resonance can be prevented. Furthermore, since the protrusion is provided on one of the opposing surfaces of the boss body and the backing member so as to leave a predetermined gap with the other opposing surface, it is possible to prevent damage to the vibration absorbing member when starting the motor. Since the portion is formed into an annular shape so as to surround the vibration absorbing member portion between the opposing surfaces and the protrusion,
It is possible to fill the enclosed space with grease, etc., and thereby the rotating shaft can be prevented from rusting, and rusting between the rotating shaft and the boss body can be prevented. The blower blade can be easily removed and inserted into the rotating shaft, and furthermore, when the vibration absorbing member is made of a plate spring, the iron plate spring can be prevented from rusting, and the vibration absorbing member is made of rubber or the like. When doing so, it has excellent effects such as being able to protect it from the surrounding environment.
