転調整できるよう設けてなり、さらに戸車ケースの外部
両側には上端を戸車ケースの上部に取付けたバネ状の掛
装板を備えてなることを特徴としている。

ても、バネ状の掛装板5が弾力的に変形することによっ
て容易に適応できるものである。
