Claims (2)

を有する多数の強化繊維とこれら強化繊維を結合するマ
トリクス材とで構成され、前記複合材シートに積層配置
される帯状シートとを具備してなり、前記帯状シートは
その繊維の方向を長手方向にそろえて形成され、かつ振
動板の周方向と繊維の方向が同一方向になるように複合
材シートに積層されることを特徴とする電気音響変換器
