でプレス板材を保持可能なブランクホルダと、該ブラン
クホルダを下方から弾性支持するクッション機構と、上
型の上昇行程の途中でブランクホルダに係合して該ブラ
ンクホルダを上型との間に所定間隔をあけた状態で吊り
下げ、上型の上昇端位置ではブランクホルダを、クッシ
ョン機構から所定間隔をあけて持ち上げかつブランクホ
ルダの上面が下型成形面より上方に位置するように吊り
下げるブランクホルダ吊下げ機構とを備えていることを
