    、かつ上記サポートワイヤの先端部位が外管バルブのト
    ップ部に支持されない構造の高圧金属蒸気放電灯におい
    て、上記発光管はステムガラス側に近い端部のみをホル
    ダーによってサポートワイヤに固定したことを特徴とす
    る高圧金属蒸気放電灯。
