There are some, but this obviously requires a lot of effort to warm up, and also has the disadvantage that if used for a long time, the temperature will drop and it will no longer be useful.

Due to the need to prevent electrical leakage, despite its convenience, it has not yet been developed.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a heating device in which the electric heating element is sealed in a planar material that is electrically insulating and a good thermal conductor so as to sufficiently fulfill the functions of the heating device.

There are some products that are sold under the trade name.
以下、本考案装置をその実施例に従って説明する。Hereinafter, the device of the present invention will be explained according to its embodiments.

It is connected to a power cord 5 via a cord bushing 3.

Moreover, the planar heating element 2 is also thin and easily deforms elastically, so that it has good adhesion.

Even if it is damaged, there is no risk of electric shock.

This will not make the entire device unusable, and can be expected to extend its lifespan.
