本体内に、圧力調整弁による設定圧力と出力ポートにお
ける流体圧力との差に比例した弁体の切換位置に応じて
供給ポートからの圧力流体、 を出力ポートへ減圧供給
する減圧供給弁部と、上記設定圧力と出力ポートにおけ
る流体圧力との差に比例した弁体の切換位置に応じて出
力ポートとリリーフポートとを通断し、該出力ポートに
おける流体圧力を一定に保持するリリーフ弁部とを設け
、上記リリーフ弁部に、その弁体を出力ポートとリリー
フポートとの遮断位置に保持可能な規制手段を付設した
