に下方にほぼ環状の回動部材を介装させ、前記栓取付部
材と前記回動部材の間にカムを形成せしめて前記回動部
材の回動にともなって栓取付部材を上下動するように構
成すると共に、流出口の側壁には流出口の開閉蓋を回動
自在に取付け、その回動軸に取付けたバネの両端をそれ
ぞれ前記栓取付部材及び前記開閉蓋に係合せしめ、栓取
付部材の上下動を前記バネを介して前記開閉蓋の開閉に
