該熱交換器２の冷媒通路２１と水通路２２とを対向させ
、前記熱交換器２の冷媒出口側に対向する水通路２２の
入口に、貯湯槽３の底部から延びる第１水配管４を、ま
た、冷媒入口側に対向する水通路２２の出口に、前記貯
湯槽３の上部から延びる第２水配管５をそれぞれ接続す
ると共に、該第１水配管４にポンプ６を介装し、前記冷
媒の流れと水の流れとを対向流とする一方、前記水通路
２２の途中で、前記冷媒のほぼ飽和ガスとなる部分に、
前記貯湯槽３の底部から延びる第３水配管８を接続し、
かつ、前記第２水配管５に抵抗体７を介装したことを特
