クレーンブーム先端部のシーブを介しワイヤにより懸吊
されたケリーバ−と、同ケリーバ−を鉛直に昇降可能に
貫挿させてこれを回転駆動しうるケリーバ−回転機構と
、上記ケリーバ−の下端部において上下に摺動可能に設
けられた円筒状パケットとをそなえ、上記パケットの下
端開口縁部に両開き式の一対のドリル刃付き土砂放出用
扉が枢着されて、これらの扉の内側に先端を枢着された
扉開閉用リンクの各基端が、上記ケリーバ−の下端に枢
着されるとともに、上記ケリーバ−の上記パケットに対
する相対的下降により上記扉を開放して同パケット内の
土砂を放出する際に上記パケットを係脱可能に保持しう
るクラウン部材が、上記ケリーバ−回動機構の本体下部
