るとともに、上記誘電体ブロックの外側面に外導体を設
けてなる誘電体同軸共振器と、該誘電体同軸共振器を収
容するケースとの間に該ケースの内壁面少ら誘電体同軸
共振器の上記外側面に向う撥力を有する板バネを介在さ
せ、少くとも上記板バネの撥力部分を残して上記誘電体
同軸共振器とケースとの間に接着剤を充填し、板バネの
上記撥力部分を介して誘電体同軸共振器の外導体をケー
スに導通させるようにしたことを特徴とする誘電体同軸
