（１）　　レンズ鏡筒の外周に光軸を中心として回転可
能に設けられた手動操作部材とレンズ鏡筒の不回転部材
とのいずれか一方の部材の内周面の一部が他方の部材の
外周面の一部をおおう如く構成すると共に、互に桝内す
る前記内周面と前記外周面との間に、外圧の加わる方向
に対して開いたリップを有する弾性パツキンを挟持して
