負荷に接続され、且つベースと接地間にフィルター用コ
ンデンサー又はツェナーダイオードが接続されている電
圧制御用トランジスターと、該電圧制御用トランジスタ
ーのエミッタにベースが接続されていると共にコレクタ
が接地され、且つエミッタがダイオードを介して前記電
圧制御用トランジスターのベースに接続された保護用ト
ランジスタとより、前記負荷の短畔時前記保護用トラン
ジスターの導通により前記電圧制御用トランジスターを
非導通状態にせしめるようにしたことを特徴とする保護
