DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a laminate decorative board provided with an uneven pattern.

BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, decorative boards are well known, in which pulp paper or thermoplastic resin film is printed, a textured pattern is provided thereto, and the printed material is laminated with a wood base material.

However, when pulp paper is used, if the paper is thick, paper peeling tends to occur, and if the paper is thin, the uneven pattern that has been applied will return to its original shape and become flat when it is rolled up or laminated. Furthermore, products using thermoplastic resin film eliminate the disadvantages of using pulp paper, but due to the properties of the thermoplastic resin film, special printing inks and adhesives are required. The disadvantage is that work efficiency is extremely poor due to lack of versatility.

Currently, most embossed laminates are made of thermoplastic film, but they have drawbacks such as soft surfaces that are easily scratched, easily stained, and poor surface texture. There is.

In order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, the laminate decorative board of the present invention uses 1 to 2 parts of thermoplastic resin fibers and 5 to 1 part of vegetable-based resin instead of paper or thermoplastic resin film that has conventionally been provided with an uneven pattern. Using synthetic fiber paper made by mixing paper with fibers, printing is performed on the synthetic fiber paper, and after applying a thermosetting resin, an uneven pattern is applied at a temperature exceeding the melting temperature of the thermoplastic resin fiber. It is made by laminating a wooden base material with an adhesive.

To explain in more detail below, the synthetic fiber paper used in the present invention is a mixture of thermoplastic resin fibers such as polyethylene fibers, polypropylene fibers, and polyvinyl alcohol fibers and vegetable fibers, and the mixing ratio is As a result of various experiments, as mentioned above, suitable results were obtained with a mixing ratio of 1 to 2 parts of thermoplastic resin fiber and 5 to 1 part of vegetable fiber, and it was found that printability could be improved within this range. It is better to increase the proportion of vegetable fibers, and to obtain good unevenness, it is better to increase the proportion of thermoplastic resin fibers.

If this synthetic fiber paper is heated to a temperature exceeding the melting temperature of the thermoplastic resin fibers, the thermoplastic resin fibers mixed in the synthetic fiber paper will easily give an uneven pattern, and even if laminated, the uneven pattern will not collapse. Not only does it not disappear or become irritating, but the molten resin strengthens the bonds of the vegetable fibers mixed in the paper, so peeling between the sheets can be prevented.

Furthermore, since the synthetic fiber paper of the present invention contains vegetable fibers, it is possible to use the same printing inks and laminating adhesives as with pulp paper, whereas special inks and adhesives are not required. Work can be done extremely efficiently.

Furthermore, since the printed synthetic fiber paper is coated with thermosetting resin, its surface hardness is high, and since paper is used as the base, it has a good flavor.

Example: Polypropylene staple fibers and pulp were mixed in a ratio of 1:3, and a flower pattern was printed on synthetic fiber paper using paper ink, and amino alkyd resin was applied on top of this in a ratio of io, y, and G2. , make a sheet by drying it, apply unevenness using an embossing roll heated to 250℃ so that the flower pattern part stands out, and laminate it with a wood base material using paper adhesive so that the uneven pattern will not collapse during lamination 1- In addition, a laminated decorative board having an uneven pattern with sufficient adhesive strength was obtained.
