However, plantar plates made mainly of these materials are bulky due to their hardness, making it difficult for patients to get a good fit when inserting them into the sole of their feet. It takes several days.

In addition, the sole plate is intended to be worn while wearing shoes, slippers, sandals, etc., and to be used smoothly in daily life.
Particularly when walking in a standing position, the user felt uncomfortable, and the contact with the skin caused sweating and dirt, which caused a foul odor, which caused problems in terms of hygiene. Therefore, a plantar plate for treating lower limb diseases has been developed which eliminates these drawbacks, is easy to wear, has a good wearing feeling, and is made of silicone rubber which is harmless to the human body.

However, sole plates made of silicone rubber alone or simply compounded by mixing fillers with silicone rubber are heavy, have poor tear strength and crack resistance, etc.
It is cold when worn on the soles of the feet and is a pain in the winter, it is difficult to remove air bubbles due to cross-contact lines during manufacturing, and it is difficult to remove the bubbles, and in addition to the poor workability, the silicone rubber itself is expensive. There was the problem of high costs.

The present invention solves these drawbacks and creates lightweight foam by mixing an inorganic filler and hydrated silicic acid powder into heat-curable silicone rubber and heat-curing it without using any particular blowing agent such as an organic blowing agent. The object of the present invention is to further enhance the therapeutic effects of lower limb diseases by providing a plantar plate for treating lower limb diseases.

Silicone rubber mixed with only inorganic fillers such as calcium carbonate maintains fluidity even if added to the silicone rubber multiple times, has good workability, and improves strength, but increases the volume of the product. does not have much effect, only increases the specific weight, and does not contribute to cost reduction. On the other hand, when silicone rubber is mixed with only hydrated silicic acid powder, weight reduction due to foaming is observed, but dispersion is difficult, fluidity is significantly reduced, and workability is deteriorated.

Therefore, the inventors of the present invention have solved the above-mentioned problems by mixing and dispersing an inorganic filler such as calcium carbonate and hydrated silicic acid powder into silicone rubber in an optimum ratio.

Inorganic fillers used in the present invention include calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, talc, aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, calcium sulfate, calcium silicate,
Various types and particle sizes such as crushed silica, clay, mica, glass beads, micro balloons, and silica balloons can be used.6- However, when mixed with silicone rubber, the oil absorption value is adjusted to prevent fluidity from decreasing. It is desirable to use an inorganic filler that has been previously subjected to a surface treatment such as silane treatment in order to have a low filler and increase product strength, especially tear strength and crack resistance. Particularly preferred is surface-reactive calcium carbonate whose particle surface is activated with a silane coupling agent. Incidentally, from the viewpoint of reducing the weight of the product, inorganic fillers with high specific gravity are not preferred.

The hydrated silicic acid powder used in the present invention functions as an inorganic filler, exhibiting high strength and reducing costs. It plays an important role in achieving lightweight foaming of products without the use of foaming agents or other foaming agents. Specifically, white carbon, which is an amorphous hydrous silicic acid powder, is used. Incidentally, the inclusion of pigments and other additives can be used as desired as long as a product having the desired properties is obtained.

If the amount of the inorganic filler is 5 to 30 parts, the fluidity will be considerably lowered if it is 75 parts or more, and if it is less than 5 parts, bubbles due to foaming will not be incorporated and bumping pores will occur, which is not preferable.

As described above, the plantar plate for treating lower limb diseases according to the present invention,
By mixing and dispersing an inorganic filler and hydrated silicic acid powder into heat-vulcanized silicone rubber in an optimal ratio, it maintains fluidity and, by incorporating air bubbles, eliminates the need for the previously extremely difficult defoaming process. This makes it easy to work with, and the resulting product is light and has excellent properties such as good tear strength and crack resistance, and the built-in air bubbles give it a sense of warmth. It also has the effect of eliminating the pain of wearing it on the soles of the feet in winter, and has a remarkable improvement in the therapeutic effects of lower limb diseases.

Furthermore, by incorporating an inorganic filler and foaming, manufacturing costs can be significantly reduced compared to conventional products. Furthermore,
The silicone rubber and other materials used are all harmless and non-toxic, making it ideal as a therapeutic device to be worn on the human body. Further, the plantar plate for treating lower limb diseases according to the present invention is useful not only for treating lower limb diseases such as knee arthropathy, but also as a corrective treatment tool for flat feet and the like.

Example 10 parts of a vulcanizing agent were added to 100 parts of heat-curable silicone rubber (colorless transparent liquid) and stirred well. Next, 25 parts of calcium carbonate, which has been surface-treated with a silane coupling agent in advance, and 15 parts of white carbon, which is a highly pure amorphous hydrated silicic acid powder, are mixed and stirred to obtain a highly fluid slurry. . After injecting this into the formwork, approximately 100°
By heating for about 1 hour in a constant temperature heater set at C to cure and demolding, a lightweight cured product with finely embedded small bubbles and uniform foaming throughout was obtained. This material had a warm feeling and exhibited excellent tear strength and crack resistance.
