Conventionally, when attaching the electromagnetic coil 3 for overcurrent train removal, it is difficult to make a strong electrical and mechanical connection between the one end 7b of the coil 7 and the flexible conductor 11 of the contact in a narrow case, and the power supply Since it is difficult to attach the main part that connects the movable contact near the side and the electromagnetic coil 3 near the load side at the end of the process, the connection point 12 is firmly connected by soldering or welding outside the case 1. After doing so, these were first attached to Case 1, and then the operation release mechanism etc. were attached.

In other words, since the electromagnetic coil 3 for overcurrent train removal is installed relatively early in the assembly process, the rated capacity of the circuit breaker is determined early, and the subsequent assembly process is long, making it difficult to respond to changes in demand trends. It lacked flexibility, required a large management burden, and required a large inventory of products in order to shorten delivery times.

According to the present invention, the purpose of this is to provide a coil whose one end is connected to a terminal board and whose other end is connected to a flexible conductor connected to a contact, an L-shaped yoke that holds this coil, and a movable iron piece that is attracted by the coil. In a circuit breaker in which an electromagnetic coil for removing an overcurrent string is housed in a case, a connection plate provided at the coil side end of the flexible conductor, and a second connection plate provided at the other end of the coil. and ears protruding from both sides of the vertically bent portion of the L-shaped yoke, two first and second protrusions vertically provided on opposing inner surfaces of the partition wall of the case, and these two protrusions. a groove formed between the two protrusions, and a third protrusion extending upward from the bottom surface of the case approximately at the center of the opposing groove, the upper end surface of which is between the lower end surface of one of the two protrusions. The connecting plate is laterally press-fitted into this gap, and the electromagnetic coil for removing the overcurrent string is inserted vertically into the groove using the ears of the yoke. This is achieved by sandwiching and connecting the second connecting plate between the horizontally bent portion and the press-fitted connecting plate.

As described above, according to the present invention, the contact that is attached to the closest power source side of the circuit breaker and the electromagnetic coil for overcurrent string removal that is attached relatively to the load side can be separately attached to the case. Therefore, we manufacture and stock semi-finished products in which parts unrelated to the rating of the circuit breaker, such as the operation release mechanism, are installed in the case in advance, and depending on the requested rated current, we remove the overcurrent line related to the rated current from the electromagnetic coil. Since the circuit breaker can be installed and shipped at the final stage, it is easy to assemble the circuit breaker, and there is also the advantage that the management burden is small and the number of products in stock can be reduced.
