Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for the foundation of climbing crane by a method in which a floor plate for foundation, having a desired surface area, is attached to the lower part of the base frame of the climbing crane through a vertical force component transmitter and then contacted with the base ground. CONSTITUTION:A leveled ground 2 is formed on sloped ground in a mountaneous region, and a hole 7 of a given dimension is excavated. Then, the foundation slab 15 of a climbing crane for constructing a power transmission steel tower is set on the leveled ground 2. Also, a support leg 13 is attached to a bracket 12 and inserted into the hole 7, the vertical force component transmitter 19 of the base frame 11 is matched with a receiving base 18, the level is adjusted by a regulator 20, the hole 7 is embedded with excavated soil, and then the support leg 13 is fixed. Furthermore, a guide rope is laid between the gusset plate of the steel pole 8 of the foundation of the steel tower and the plate 10 of a guide mast 4. In this way, the vertical force component of loads is transmitted through the foundation slab 15 to the ground, and the setting of the foundation is made easier as the ground contact area increases.

In recent years, the demand for electricity has increased significantly, and power plants are being built all over the country, but environmental issues have forced them to become more remote, and high-voltage, long-distance power transmission has become inevitable. Along with this, power transmission lines are becoming larger and larger, and at the same time, power transmission routes are increasingly going through mountainous areas for reasons such as environmental protection. Due to the increase in the size of such steel towers and deterioration of construction conditions, it is becoming difficult to construct steel towers using conventional construction methods, and there is an urgent need to mechanize the construction of steel towers, and the introduction of full-scale liming cranes is being strongly promoted.

As shown in Figure 1, conventional power transmission tower construction involves the construction of J. A climbing crane is used in which a mount b'f is disposed on the mount b'f, a guide mast cf is fixedly arranged on the mount b'f, and a mast d is fitted inside the guide mast c. An upper guy rope f1 and a lower guy rope σ are stretched between the guide mast "C" and the already installed foundation steel tower to completely prevent the crane from falling over or moving laterally.

As mentioned above, power transmission towers are becoming larger, so the crane foundation α must be able to handle the increasing foundation load of the crane. Therefore, the costs required for materials, transportation, and concrete pouring to install the crane foundation α will continue to increase, and if the crane is removed after the tower is completed, it will be required to return to its original condition for environmental protection, but the crane will be removed. The work of restoring it to its original state later on becomes more and more troublesome.

Usually, the installation period for steel tower cranes is 1 to 2 times per site.
Since the period of time is extremely short (only a few months) and the frequency of relocation and conversion is daytime, the cost of installing foundations and restoring the site to its original state is an important consideration.

In view of these circumstances, the present invention has been developed to allow climbing cranes to be installed easily and quickly, and to be removed easily, as well as to enable the reuse of materials used to install the cranes, resulting in significant economic and cost savings. In the above-mentioned mount device, the crane's own weight and load are transmitted to the base floor plate m through the vertical force transmission member (10), and further transmitted from the foundation floor 1o51 to the leveled ground! (2). As mentioned above, the foundation floor plate type 0 is an assembly of four floor plates corresponding to four sets of vertical force transmission members, but since they are rigidly connected, the effective ground area increases. The ground contact pressure per unit area is reduced. In addition, the horizontal component force generated by the vertical load acting on the entire crane, swinging inertia force, back weight of one sheet, ground load, etc. is applied to the ground via the support leg 03. In addition, the guy rope Qυ is stretched to prevent the entire crane from falling.
