圧力流体源とアクチュエータ及びタンクが接続する内孔
を備えた弁体と、この弁体の内孔内に摺動自在に嵌入す
るスプールとを備えた方向切換弁と、この方向切換弁の
弁体の端部に、パイロット圧力流体が供給される供給通
路と、タンクに接続する排出通路と、前記妥プールの一
端に連結するピストンが摺動自在に嵌入する内孔及びこ
の内孔と前記ピストンにより形成される圧力室を有し、
この圧力室と前記供給通路との間を開閉するポペット弁
を備えた電磁弁と、この電磁弁の作動により供給通路と
圧力室とを接続したとき生じる供給通路から圧力室への
圧力流体の流れにより圧力室と排出通路との間を閉鎖す
る弁とを有する操作部を連結したパイロット操作型方向
