回転自在として支点軸２′により取付け、この支点軸２
′を係止杆４としても機能する構造とすると共に当該係
止杆４の周囲に同係止杆４を迂回する踏部材５を配しこ
の踏部材５の内側縁の中間に係止凹部６を設け、当該鍔
部材５の基端部７を可動体３にロッド８等を介して若く
は介さずに上記と同じく遠近方向に回転自在として軸承
し、また踏部材５の先端部９をレバー２の基端寄り個所
に上記と同じく遠近方向に回転自在として軸承し、レバ
ー２を遠退方向に回動せしめた時には踏部材５も係止杆
４に近ずく方向回動し乍ら同じく遠退方向に牽引されて
可動体３を固定体１に引き寄せつつ係止凹部６を係止杆
４に係合せしめで締付を完了し、また遠近方向に回動せ
しめた時には上記の締付動作と逆に動作して締付を解消
