Description

る情報を消去することができる熱転写型感熱記録装置に

熱バー7およびガイドロール8を順次経て巻取ロール9

ト2と重ね合わされて記録部において加熱により流動し
たインクの転写を受け、この後インクドナーシート2か
ら剥離されてペーパートレイ(tii!l示せず)に向
けて矢印へ方向に搬送される。加熱バー7は、第2図お
よび第3図に示すように、バ一本体11の円孤状表面に
ニクロム等の発熱抵抗体からなる発熱素子12が埋設さ
れ、かつバ一本体110円孤状表面をテフロン等の不粘
着性カバー13によって被覆されてなる構成とされてい
る。

ー13がインクドナーシート2のインク層に摩擦接触し
ているから、その接触摩擦力によって流動化したインク
層の形状が破壊される。

づる如き事故が生じることはない。

ーシートおよびこれと重ね合わされて加熱により流動し
たインクの転写を受ける用紙をサーマルヘッドの発熱体
に押しつけるパックロールと、サーマルヘッドを通過し
て記録後の用紙から剥離されたインクドナーシートに残
存するインクと摩擦接触しつつこれを加熱して流動させ
る加熱手段とを具備することを特徴とする熱転写型感熱
記録装置。 2、前記加熱手段は、その発熱素子を不粘着性カバーに
よって被覆され、このカバーが前記インクドナーシート
に残存するインクと摩擦接触するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項記載の熱転写型
感熱記録装置。
