    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 記憶回路へ動作電圧を供給する電圧源と、この電圧源に
    より充電され前記記憶回路のバックアップ用電源となる
    コンデンサとを含む電源装置であって、前記記憶回路以
    外の回路システムのための動作電圧供給用電圧源におけ
    る平滑電圧を前記記憶回路の電圧源の平滑コンデンサ及
    び前記バックアップ用電源のコンデンサの一方に印加重
    畳するようにしたことを特徴とする電源装置。
