低温の冷却水を通水する水冷式の熱交換器でもって高温
多湿の排気を除湿する乾燥機において、上記熱交換器内
通過後の冷却水を放熱させるための放熱手段を設けると
共に、この放熱した冷却水を上記水冷式の熱交換器に再
