Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 円錐台形状ケースの内底面に圧電磁器振動子を貼合せ、
    前記ケースに連続一体化して円柱側部を設けるとともに
    前記ケースの内側部に内リングを内蔵し、前記ケース内
    に誘導性負荷を配置し、前記ケースの開孔端に端子板に
    組込まれた金属ベースを圧入し、外部端子を３端子で構
    成した前記端子板と金属ベースで前記ケースの開孔部を
    密閉してなる超音波セラミックマイクロホン。
