Claims (1)
外導体を形成した複数個の誘電体同軸ＴＥＭ共振器を結
合するターミナル構造であって、一端に上記誘電体に圧
入可能な挿入片を突出させた金属ターミナルの他端にス
リット状の切込みを設け、この切込みに一枚の誘電体基
板に複数の電極を設けたコンデンサ基板を圧入し、上記
電極と金属ターミナルとを導電的に接着するようにした
ことを特徴とする誘電体同軸ＴＥＭ共振器のターミナル
