Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 屑 この発明は、内部１こ禮屑液が封入された潜水形電動機
の改良に関し、冷却効果の向上および軸受の潤滑性能の
向上を図ることを目的とするものである。以下一実施例
について説明する。
第１図および第２図において、１は固定子枠、２は固定
子鉄心、８は複数体の耐水電線を束ねてなる固定子巻線
群で、固定子鉄心２の各スロットに挿入されている。４
は巻線端部、５．６は上記固定子枠１の両側開口部に固
定された一対のブラケットで、夫々内側に延びる軸受筒
部７．８を有している。９．１０は上記プラケット５％
６の内１−１に固定された先軸円筒状のガイドで、その
各先端と巻線端部４の先端の間には隙間１１，１２が設
けられている。１８．１４は上記軸受筒部７．８ｔこ嵌
着、されたスリーブ軸受で、その一方にはスラスト軸受
１５が形成されている。１６は上記スリーブ１”　”８
’、、、　”１　”　４を介して支持された回転子軸で
、回転子鉄心１７と、一対のスラスト円板１８、されて
いる。２２．２Ｂはエンドリングである。
なお、上記電動機内には、プロピレングリコールなどの
ｌ＠滑液が封入されている。
この発明は上記のようになされているので回転子１ｉｌ
ｌＩｌ１６が回転すると、スラスト円板１８．１９ｔこ
設けた突起２０．２１の削用によりｌ１ｌｌ滑液が矢印
で示すようｔこ、巻線端部４を構成している耐水″直線
間を通って循環する。
この発明は上記のように＋１’ｌ［ｔ！＋機内の潤滑液
を固定子巻娠の巻線端部の素線間を通って環流させ〜　
るようにしているので１巻線端部の熱放散が促進され、
巻線と／ＩＩＩ清液の温度低下が図れる。したがうて、
巻線の温度低下により１巻線や固定子鉄心の小形化、す
なわち、電動砿の小形化が図れ、また、ｌ１１ｍ滑液の
温度低下によりその粘度低下が少ないので、温情性能が
向上する効果がある。また、この発明によれば、潤滑液
を環流させる手段は。
スラスト円板に設けた突起により構成しているので、構
成が簡曜になる効果もある。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 回転子のスラスト荷重を支えるスラスト軸受とスラスト
    円板を有すると共に潤滑液が封入されたものにおいて、
    上記スラスト円板ｅこ突起を設けることにより、巻線端
    部を通って潤滑液を循環させるようにした潜水形電動機
    。
