この発明は、航空機等のタイヤの重量バランスを修正す

航空機のタイヤは、離着陸によってトレッドが一定の厚
みまで摩耗した場合、摩耗したトレッドをパフによって
取り除き、新たなトレッド層を貼りかえて再使用される
。この方法により、一般に5〜6回の再生使用が可能で
あると云われているが、上記新トレッド層の貼りかえに
よってタイヤ全体の重量バランスが崩れるため、何らか

旦固着した修正用ゴム混合物を次の修正の際にパフ等を
用いて削り取る必要があるが、この除去作業は必ずしも
容易ではなく、しかも、除去作業中にインナーライナ一
層を損傷しやすいので、クランク等の欠陥を生ずる大き
な原因となっていた。また、上記(3)の方法では、ウ
ェイトが走行中に剥離したり移動したりするという問題

正用の重りとしての働きが充分ではなくなる。また、下
層材7の引張強さがlKf/iより小さい場合は、走行
中の衝1illこよって剥かれる虞かあり、100に4
10I!より大きい場合は再修正の際に引き剥かすこと

用いられる上層材6と下層材7の好ましい配合例を示せ

のイ゛/ナーライナ一層内面に貼り付けられた本修正部
材には、タイヤの回転による遠心力の働きにより、走行
中に主として圧縮力が作用し、引張力やせん断力は殆ん
ど作用しないので、引張強さの低い下層材か存在しても
剥かれる虞゛はないか、再修正時にはこの引張強さの低
