    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 触針先端に曲率をもたせ、該触針を保持するロッドを軸
    方向に移動可能に案内する固定側ガイドを設け、さらに
    該ロッドの尾部と該尾部を囲む差動トランスを設けてな
    る物体の表面計測用触針装置において、該固定側ガイド
    と触針保持用ロッドとの間に上記触針先端の曲率に相関
    するクリアランスを設けたことを特徴とする自己補償付
    触針装置。
