管継手であって、受口内周に、前記環状パツキンが装着
される環状凹面と、この環状凹面よりも内方に位置する
受口側環状溝と、この受口側環状溝よりも内方に位置し
かつ受口奥側へ向けて径小となるテーパ面と、このテー
パ面に続く奥端段面とを形成し、一方挿口外周に、前記
受口側環状溝に対向する挿口側環状溝を形成し、周方向
ひとつ割りであるとともに、前記テーパ面と挿口先端外
周との隙間内に挿通される一対のアームが両遊端近傍側
面から突設され、かつ前記奥端段面と挿口先端との間に
配置されるとともに互いにねじ切り方向を逆にされたナ
ツト部が、前記両アームの先端に互いに対向して設けら
れたロックリングを、前記受口側環状溝内に嵌入し、さ
らに前記両ナツト部にそれぞれ螺合可能な一対の雄ねじ
を一体に有する調整ボルトを設け、この調整ボルトにて
両ナツト部を締め合わせることによってロックリングを
挿口側環状溝に抱き付かせ、このロックリングを受口側
環状溝と挿口側環状溝の両者に係合させるようにしたこ
