PURPOSE:To prevent an air current from being curved with the aid of sutter blades, to enable reducing of the occurrence of a pressure loss and a circulating air, and to enable to perform an efficient ventilation with a low noise, by constituting a device such that a tilt angle of a shutter blade in an opening state parallels a direction in which air flows. CONSTITUTION:Openable shutter blades 6 are attached to the inside of a mounting frame so that they open at a time when an impeller turns. A pin 7 rotatably supports the shutter blades. With a driving motor 2 run, an impeller 4 turns, and the flow of air passes through between the opened shutter blades 6.
