Description
第1図は従来のブレーカ−溝を有するスローアウェイチ
ップの一例を示す平面図、第2図は第1図のコーナ一部
近傍の拡大平面図である。第3図は、他の従来のブレー
カ−溝を有するスローアウェイチップの例を示す平面図
であり、第4図は、第3図のコーナ一部近傍の拡大平面
図である。第5図は、第1図に示す従来例のスローアウ
ェイチップの切りくず処理性能を示す送り量−切込み量
の領域図である。第6図は、さらに他の従来例のスロー
アウェイチップを示す平面図であり、第7図は、第6図
のコーナ一部近傍の拡大平面図であ、る。第8図は、第
6図に示す従来例のスローアウェイチップの切りくず処
理性能を示す送り量二切込み量の領域図である。第9図
は、本考案の第1 、の実施例を示すスローアウェイチ

部5へ向いブレーカ−溝3中へ突出部6が形成されてお
り、この突出部6の陵7または前記上面に平行な面と該
突出部6との交線8が、切刃側に凸の円弧でコーナーの
二等分線上で交わり、かつ該交点9における陵7または
交線8の接線と該コーナーの二等分線とのなす角θが、
該コーナーを形成する角度の二等分角以下で四等分角以
