Abstract

PURPOSE:To miniaturize a facsimile device and at the same time to display the totalized number of the transmision/reception sheets by providing a total counter with memory constituted of an electronic circuit to a facsimile device and then totalizing and holding the number of transmission/reception sheet with said total counter. CONSTITUTION:A total counter 9 with memory constituted of an electronic circuit is provided to a facsimile device, and a transmission count pulse (d) or a reception count pulse (e) is fed to the counter 9 every time the transmission or reception equivalent to a page is over. Then each totalized value is stored in a memory, and at the same time, the counter 9 is driven by a battery to preserve the totalized value permanently.
