生装置において、前記キャプスタンモータの回転速度を
検出しこの回転速度に基づく第１の制御信号を発生する
第１の制御系と、前記キャプスタン軸の回転速度を検出
しこの回転速度に基づく第２の制御信号を発生する第２
の制御系とを備え、前記第１及び第２の制御信号に基づ
いて前記キャプスタンモータの速度制御を行なうように
