を整流して所定レベルでかつ極性の相異なる２つの駆動
用直流電源を形成する整流回路と、該駆動用直流電源の
極性を切り換えて電磁チャックに供給する電源切換回路
と、該電源切−検回路の極性切換時間間隔を制御する切
換制御回路とを具え、電磁チャックにより形成される磁
界の極性切換時間間隔を漸次短縮するとともに該磁界の
強さを漸次減少させたことを特徴とする電磁チャック用
