Abstract

PURPOSE:To wash a lower belt surely without clogging in a belt press type dehydrator by washing the lower belt stuck with sludge cake with the water ejecting from a downward nozzle group above the belt and an upward nozzle group below the belt. CONSTITUTION:Hydrous sludge is pressurized and dehydrated with upper and lower belts as filter cloths and is removed as dehydrated cake. In the stage of washing away the sludge cake 3' by washing the lower belt 7 stuck with the cake 3' on the bottom surface, a downward nozzle group 28 provided above the belt 7 advancing in the direction of an arrow 26 and an upward nozzle group 29 provided below the belt 7 are disposed in rear and front along the advancing direction of the belt 7. The stuck cake 3' is first stripped from the belt 7 by the water sprayed from the nozzle group 29, then the stripped sludge cake is washed away thoroughly from the belt 7 by the force developed when the water sprayed from the downward nozzle group passes through the belt.

Figure 1 is a schematic 11th view of the conventional beltless lid dewatering process for sludge treatment. The sludge (3) passes through the gravity dewatering section 5) as shown by the upper belt shown by the arrow 14J, and then passes through the gravity dewatering section 5).
The upper belt (2) and upper belt (7) form the upper belt (2) and upper belt (7). drive loan (91, squeezed loaf [, d%I%d
, U4 is compressed by the tension of the belt while passing through the outer circumference of U4, and is dehydrated, and both belts are separated as a dehydrated cake (s).
Ejected from screaming. The upper belt T2) released from the superimposed state at the separation S@ returns to the gravity dewatering section (5) via the intermediate row 207), while the lower belt (7) returns to the intermediate row 207). (After passing 1 m and (to), it is reversed by the tensilon roller (to) and returns to the horizontal part ta+. Sludge is continuously dehydrated like a lint and is discharged as a dehydrated cake, but the sludge contains sticky These sludge bodies are not discharged as a dehydrated cake, but circulate together with the belt while remaining attached to the surface of the upper or lower belt. Therefore, such sludge If the sludge is not removed, the sludge will accumulate and the belt will be clogged, which will seriously reduce the dewatering efficiency. Therefore, the cleaning nozzle (2)
, (to) are provided, and the sludge adhering to the surface of the belt is peeled off and removed from the surface of the belt by the sludge water jetted from the nozzle, thereby preventing clogging of the belt. In this type of cleaning action of the belt, since the adhesion force of the sludge body is large, the sludge body is peeled off from the belt & FkJ by the false impact force of the Atf souffle water, but the peeled sludge body is at the same time Pushed by the pressure of the through water, it passes through the grain of the belt and is all discharged to J11#l of the belt. Therefore, the nozzle (2) for the upper belt shown in the figure
When spraying contact water upwards on a belt with sludge adhered to it, as in the case of spraying water in contact with it, the false impact force of the sugery water is strong and sufficient peeling action is performed, and the sludge that has passed through the grain of the belt is The cleaning waste water consisting of through water is removed from the drain pan (to) and discharged from the discharge port (to), so a good cleaning effect can be achieved.) Belt nozzle (2) When spraying from above to below the lower belt, as in
Since the force of water acts on the sludge body adhering to the buffered rice upwards on the belt by colliding with the belt, it is not possible to exhibit sufficient peeling ratio. Belt clogging occurs due to long-term operation.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a cleaning device that exerts sufficient cleaning power even when cleaning the lower belt and does not cause clogging of the belt. The outer sludge is peeled off from the lower part of the sludge by the upper nozzle installed in the upper part of the sludge belt, raised through the filter cloth belt, passed to the upper part of the one part belt, and then the upper part of the sludge belt [ This product provides a washing floor wax in which the sludge flowing upward is raised through a filter cloth belt and discharged downward by the water sprayed from a 9-digit downward nozzle. be.

A sludge body υ is attached and passes through the surface of the washing Pp device in the direction of the arrow (to). The cleaning device (Foundation) consists of a belt (7) with one set of downward nozzles installed at the top of the belt (7).
The upward nozzle group (2) provided at the bottom of the 7), the upper case (to) and the ten case (31) that prevent shower water from scattering in all directions by using these nozzle groups, each case has a history. In order to distribute cleaning water to the nozzle group, an upper tube pipe (32) and a lower header 11 (33) arranged in the ring direction along the belt are included as structural capital.

The ejection angle of each nozzle described above is the center of the nozzle - (42
) and (43) are set to be approximately at an angle with respect to the belt direction. This is expected to have the effect of increasing the power applied to the belt of water used to separate the sludge bowl, and also allows the separated sludge bowl to pass through the grain of the belt. This is because the square pull was the most efficient method for discharging water to the hook.

Furthermore, when the slick water ejected from the nozzles mixes with each other, the extent of the slick water reaching the areas where they interfere with each other decreases, thereby reducing the impact force. Therefore, by arranging the collision ranges of the spray water in a staggered manner so as not to interfere with each other as described above, it is possible to prevent the impact force from decreasing, and further by making the adjacent ranges overlap slightly. On one side of the cleaning surface, a plurality of grids (48) are provided in contact with the lower surface of the belt (7), which drain the shower water that adheres to the belt and is carried forward. When the sludge slag (3') that has been adhered to and carried downwards on the lower belt (7) passes through the cleaning device llR, it is first sprayed from below at right angles to the belt by a group of upward nozzles (2). ), and the impact force causes the belt to smack from below, and at the same time, the soufflé water tlL
It passes through the grain of the belt (7) and is ejected onto the belt. In this way, the sludge formation moved upwards on the belt.

As described above (in the present invention, sludge is sandwiched between two tensioned ridge belts and passed through the outer surface of a plurality of squeezing rows 2 to remove moisture from the sludge and turn it into a dehydrated cake. In the belt press dewatering Wt1k, which is designed to drain and wash the filter cloth belt from which the dehydrating cooler has been discharged with soufflé water, it is placed above the l11 cloth and directed upward toward the upper surface of the filter cloth. A group of upward nozzles that spray water through the filter cloth, and a group of upward nozzles arranged on one side of the filter cloth that spray water upward toward the bottom surface of the filter cloth, are arranged in the direction of running of the filter cloth belt. and the downward nozzle group in front,
A group of upward nozzles is placed at the rear with an interval of 7M degrees so that they do not interfere, and the through water from the upward nozzles peels off the sludge that adheres to the downward direction of the cloth from the cloth belt, and also removes the sludge from the cloth belt. 1-1 Belt 7 Because it is a tortoise for cleaning the less-type dehydrator, it is %N bell for the beltless 11M water view) j! ! The sludge adhering to the meat can be removed thoroughly and efficiently, and clogging of the belt's weave can be prevented, so unmanned continuous AJ rolling is possible. In addition, since the upward and downward through water do not dry up each other, the jetting force of the snow water is not diminished, and the removal efficiency of the outside of the sludge is very good.
