成したオーガーと、製氷用の水を貯水レベルと冷凍円筒
への給水しづルが等しくな′る様に該冷凍円筒に接続し
た水槽と、前記螺旋歯にて剥ぎ取られて上方に移送され
る水分を含んだ氷を圧縮して硬質の氷を作る圧縮装置を
設けて成るオーガ一式製氷機において、冷媒を前記冷凍
円筒の上方へ向けて流し、前記冷凍円筒に接触する前記
蒸発パイプの出口部を前記螺旋歯の上端から該螺旋歯の
略０．５〜１．５ピツチの範囲内に位置せしめ、且つ前
記出口部と略等しい高さに前記水槽の貯水レベルを決定
