検出して過電流検出信号を発生する過電流検出手段と、
前記過電流検出信号の供給を受けて第１の時定数をもっ
て電荷を蓄積する蓄電手段と、前記蓄電手段の両端電圧
に応じて前記電源供給回路からの電源の供給を遮断する
供給遮断手段とを含む過電流保護回路であって、前記蓄
電手段における前記過電流検出信号による充電電流に対
して順方向に接続された一方向性素子と、前記電源供給
回路が電源の供給を開始してから前記第１の時定数より
大きい第２の時定数をもって前記蓄電手段を充電しかつ
前記電源供給回路が電源の供給を停止したとき急速に前
記蓄電手段の充電電荷を放電する充放電手段とを備えた
