４と、該ルレット１４と切断刃４との間隔調整及び固定
自在に支持アーム１６基端部２０を支持したケース体１
７とを備え、該ケース体１７゜はルレット１４側上部に
握り部本体１と間隔を有して他端側か握り部本体１に固
定されたことを特徴とする裁縫用マーキング兼用切断装
