Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase a linear region of amplitude and to reduce the strain by providing minute corrugation along a boundary line where an inner circumference stuck side, an outer circumference stuck side and a V-shaped rib contact with each other. CONSTITUTION:For a supporter 8, a number of V-shaped ribs having a pair of faces formed between a peak line 11 and a bottom line 12 extending from the side 9 to the sides 10 in approximating to the are tangent are formed consecutively in the circumference direction and between an inner circumference stuck side 9 fixed to a vibration system and an outer circumference sutck side 10. Minute corrugations 25 and 26 are provided along a boundary line where the sides 9 and 10 and the V-shaped rib contact with each other to absorb the expansion/contraction of the supporter 8 by the V-shaped rib to eliminate the strain and to obtain a high drag against the horizontal dislocation of the vibration system. At the same time, the linearity of vibration in a large amplitude region is improved owing to the corrugations 25 and 26.

FIG. 1 shows the basic structure of a conventional boo/speaker. In the same figure, 1 is a diaphragm, 2 is a roll edge,
3 is a frame, 4 is a gasket that fixes the roll edge 2 to the frame 3, 5 voice coils, 6 is a voice coil bobbin, and 7 is a damper that supports the voice coil bobby 76 on the 7 frame 5. In such a support system, when the diaphragm 1 is displaced ten times from the position A to the position A1, the point B on the roll edge moves to Pl. When the diaphragm again undergoes a negative displacement from position A to position A1, point B on the roll edge moves to B1. Therefore roll edge 2
Because of the displacement of α in the radial direction, an elongation or contraction of 2πα occurs at point B, and this elongation or contraction will not be absorbed unless the roll edge 2 absorbs it. By the way, if the roll edge 2 is made of a material with low elasticity such as cloth, vertical wrinkles will occur, which will reduce the linearity of vibration and cause distortion. Furthermore, even if the material is made of a material such as urethane, which has relatively good elasticity, it is impossible to completely absorb the expansion and contraction, and the material may warp due to the force of lateral shear acting in a direction perpendicular to the axis. There is a simple drawback.

A vibration system support device previously devised by the present inventors in order to solve the above problems will be explained with reference to FIG. 8L is a ring-shaped support fixed around the diaphragm, 9 is an inner periphery attachment that fixes the diaphragm, and 10 is an outer periphery attachment that is fixed to the frame. The support body 8 forms a roll having a substantially elliptical cross section, and has a large number of ribs having a V-shaped cross section with peak lines 11 and valley lines 12, which are continuous in the circumferential direction. This V-shaped rib is located between the inner circumferential paste 9 and the outer circumferential paste 10, extends in the connection direction of the inner circumferential paste 9, and has an inverted S-shaped curve.

One block of VXIV blocks is formed using the twisted planes 19 and 20 as sides. This V'II! The lips form an inverted 8-shape on the surface of the support 8 in the length direction of the lips, and are continuously arranged in the circumferential direction to form wave-shaped unevenness on the surface of the support 8. Therefore, the cross section in the radial direction and the cross section in the circumferential direction of any diameter are continuous v-shaped], and since the length direction of the lip is in an inverted B shape, the elongation in the radial direction and the circumferential direction In the expansion and contraction, the twisted surfaces 19 and 20 are further twisted or loosened to absorb the expansion and contraction of the support 8, and the non-linearity in the large amplitude region is improved.

In the above embodiment, a V-shaped lip is formed by two twisted surfaces, but as shown in FIG. It can also be formed with two surfaces 23, 24 of different sizes. This embodiment of FIG. 3 has the advantage that mold processing is easy. Although the edge that supports the diaphragm has been described above, the damper that supports the voice coil bobbin also has the same effect.

By the way, in the support shown in FIGS. 2 and 5, the folds along the virtual fold lines 15 and 14 of the inner pasting 9 and the outer pasting 10 constitute this support in the large swing region. Depending on the Young's modulus and material thickness of the material, the function of the folded portion may be reduced, resulting in low reliability in maintaining the linearity of vibration in a large amplitude region. The present invention aims to solve this problem.

The present invention has a vibration system (a diaphragm, a voice coil board, and a large number of peak lines and valley lines extending to the outer circumferential pasting 10), and a V-shaped lip with two sets of surfaces between these peak lines and valley lines. In a support body that is continuously formed in a large number in the circumferential direction, microscopic parts are formed along the boundary line (virtual folding line 15.14) K where the V-shaped rib contacts the inner circumference attachment 9 and the outer circumference attachment 10. This is a vibration system support device for a speaker, which is characterized by being provided with a corrugated cable.Examples of the support device are shown in Figs. 4 and 5 below.

Since the support device of the present invention has the above configuration, it has the following effects. (1) The 7-shaped lip absorbs the expansion and contraction of the support 8, resulting in less distortion, and exhibits strong resistance against lateral displacement of the diaphragm and voice coil bobbin.
A stable vibration system support device can be obtained. (2) Virtual folding line 13.14 by Kolge Silan 25.26
Since the bending is performed smoothly, the linearity of vibration in the large amplitude region is improved, and the above-mentioned drawbacks of the supports of FIGS. 2 and 5 are eliminated. (3) A new type of mechanical edge can be used in place of the conventional roll edge, improving the design value.
