    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 多段状に積上げたケースを載せる搬出機上の部寄りに、
    搬出機上に積上げられるケースの搬出を阻止し、ケース
    が一定の高さに積上げられたとき開いて積上げたケース
    の搬出を許容する開閉自在の可動ストッパを設け、この
    搬出機の両側に配置され、適宜の駆動機構により昇降さ
    れる昇降枠には上昇時にケースの一部に係合し、下降時
    にケースから外れる保合片を有する回動部材を搬送機の
    移動方向に回動し得るように取付け、さらにこの回動部
    材には前記保合片をケースと係合する位置に復帰させる
    復元バネを取付けたケースの積上げ装置。
