Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電源制御部と、該電源制御部の出力が与えられてオン・
    オフ動作が制御される第１導電型のＭＯＳトランジスタ
    と、該第１導電型のＭＯＳトランジスタを介して上記電
    源制御部に接続されたＭＯＳトランジスタからなる被電
    源、制御部と、該被電源制御部に接続されて上記電源制
    御部の出力によりオン・オフが制御される第２導電型の
    ＭＯＳ　トランジスタとを備え、第１導電型のＭＯＳト
    ランジスタをオフさせると同時に第２導電型のＭＯＳ　
    トランジスタをオンにして容量に充電された電荷を放電
    させることを特徴とする電源制御回路。
