DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The first object of the present invention is to sew interlocking elements made of synthetic resin or metal onto a slide fastener strip/gar tape made of chemical fiber or a blend of natural fiber and chemical fiber. , a pair of slide fastener stringers (hereinafter simply referred to as stringers) fixed by planting etc.
When performing secondary processing such as sewing on a continuous chain of slide fasteners (hereinafter simply referred to as continuous chain), the person in charge of processing must use special equipment such as...2,
It can be easily separated and used by tearing off the predetermined separation part with bare hands without using a cutting cutter or the like, and
It has an appropriate strength so that it will not break during handling during the continuous chain production process, transportation, packaging for sales, etc., damaging the product value of the continuous chain, and will not cause a decrease in production efficiency during manufacturing. The purpose of the present invention is to obtain a separating part of a continuous chain, and in order to achieve this purpose, the separating part of a continuous chain is equipped with a melting/burning device such as an electric heating edge, an electric heating roll, an ultrasonic synthetic resin melting device, and a mechanical punching device. It is characterized by a structure in which a separation section consisting of a plurality of rows of separation holes is installed in the space of the chain perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the continuous chain using a device or the like.

Next, the second object of the present invention is to achieve the above-mentioned first object and to solve the so-called so-called problem that occurs when some threads of a woven or knitted continuous chain tape are not cut properly at the separation part during the tearing operation. In order to prevent the stringing phenomenon from occurring, the relationship between the structures of the continuous chain tape should be fully considered when installing the separating section to achieve the above first objective.
In order to prevent stringiness, the separation holes formed in the continuous chain/tape are arranged so as to encompass all the warp threads in the structure of the continuous chain tape.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings attached to the specification. Technical Embodiment 1 of the present invention In FIG. 7, 1 is a continuous chain tape woven or knitted with chemical fibers, blended fibers of natural fibers and chemical fibers; 2
6) Synthetic resin or metal mating teeth A are a pair of stringers B and C that are sewn into a continuous chain/tape with sewing thread 3. a continuous slide fastener chain (hereinafter simply referred to as a continuous chain), j is a space portion where the element λ is removed by space processing at an appropriate location of the continuous chain A, D is a separation portion of the present invention, and 7 is a space portion j of the continuous chain A. A short separation hole that penetrates from the top to the bottom of the continuous chain tape and is perforated and installed perpendicularly to the longitudinal direction of the continuous chain using an electric heating edge, ultrasonic synthetic resin melting device, mechanical punching device, etc. They are arranged in double rows intermittently on the perforations at intervals. E is a space in the continuous chain created between the continuous stringer and the tape from which the meshing elements have been removed by space processing. As shown in FIG. 1(c), the separation hole 7 is a hole with a slightly wider dish-shaped cross section on the upper surface than on the lower surface. Continuous chain tape (hereinafter referred to as continuous chain tape) is the shape that is easiest to process when localized thermal melting is performed using an electric heating roller or the head of an ultrasonic synthetic resin melting device (the principle is the same as a well-known ultrasonic synthetic resin bonding machine). (Sometimes simply referred to as tape), the resistance or tearability when tearing at the separated part differs depending on the material and structure, so it is best to choose an appropriate shape according to the properties of each material. In this case, the top and bottom will be the same. In the present invention, since the separation part is continuously provided in the width direction of the tape including the spaced spaced part, the material of the element can be either resin or metal. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the separation section is composed of double rows XYZ orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the continuous chain in the space section, and each row is arranged alternately. Therefore, since the connection parts between the separation holes 7 in the same row are each part 10 of the tape's raw material, it has strong strength, so if you try to tear off such an arrangement in a single row, The stringing phenomenon pointed out in 2.2 occurs frequently. For this reason, in this embodiment, the separation holes 7 are arranged in a staggered manner, which is longer than the adjacent single-row short broken-line portions IO, and the force generated when the threads of the individual portions IO of the row are torn is used to strengthen the separation holes 7. Even if it is pulled, the tensile force acts on the part of the long separation hole 7 in the next row, and becomes the breaking force of that separation hole 7, and the tensile force acts on the part of the thread on the opposite side of the separation hole 70. There's nothing to do. The situation is shown at A' in Figure 1(a).
The relationship between the weave structure of the tape and the arrangement of the double rows of separation holes is shown in FIG. is provided parallel to the width of the tape in the vertical direction in the figure, that is, the weft,
Due to the staggered arrangement, the warp threads are completely covered over their entire length by the separation holes 7 arranged in double rows in the width direction of the tape, so that the threads are pulled at the separation part during the tearing operation. There is no risk of stringy phenomenon occurring.

In this example, a woven tape has been described, but the same applies to a knitted tape. In addition, as shown in FIG. 1(d), the entire raw portion of the tape between multiple rows surrounded by multiple rows of separation holes 7 is melted to a shallow depth lj.
By forming a separation portion in the tape fabric, there is less possibility that the separation will spread to areas other than the separation portion of the tape fabric during the tearing operation, and therefore, the occurrence of stringing phenomenon can be prevented.

Embodiment 2 In FIG. 2, the separation section is composed of double rows of X and Y,
In each row, the separation holes are alternately long separation holes 7 corresponding to the long lines of the dotted chain s7 and short separation holes ♂ corresponding to the points of the dotted chain lines intermittently through the raw portion 10 of the tape. It is arranged. And the relationship between the arrangement of the separation holes in the parallel X and Y rows is that each long separation hole 7 is the same as each short separation hole in the adjacent row? And the separation holes are all located parallel to each part io of the tape, and the length of the long separation hole 7 is short! and each part IO of the tape before and after the same fabric.
Is the length longer than the length of the above separation hole? and is placed in a length and position that completely covers the bare portion 10 of the tape in parallel. therefore,
During the tearing operation, as in the first embodiment, it is possible to prevent the stringy phenomenon caused by failure to cut the tape.

Embodiment 3 In the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, the separation section is composed of double rows XY or XYz in a zigzag shape with different inclination directions every other row inclined in the width direction of the tape, and the separation holes in each row are adjacent to each other. The tips of the separation holes in one row are placed so as to face the intermediate portions 12 of the separation holes in the other row, with a slight portion 10 of the tape fabric existing between the two. According to the arrangement described above, the part of the tape that remains between the separation holes is narrower than in the above two embodiments, so when the tape is made of thick material, the tearing operation is suitable for performing on strong tapes. To explain the use, zigzag separation holes are arranged in a staggered manner and one end 1
/ is in contact with the intermediate part 12 inside the end ll of the opponent's separation hole via a small portion io of the tape fabric, so if the separation hole is worked, the separation hole will definitely come into contact. Separation is carried out in a narrow portion of the raw material of the tape between the edges, and the separation is carried out in a zigzag pattern, so no stringing phenomenon occurs.

Embodiment 4 In the embodiment shown in FIG.
A linear separation hole row Y formed intermittently in the form of perforations consisting of
A separation hole row in which a long separation hole /4' having a short taper portion 13 on both sides thereof is arranged such that the taper portion 13 faces the middle part of the separation holes 7 of the linear separation hole row Y. Since X and Z constituted a chain-like separation hole in the width direction of the tape as a whole, the raw portion 10 of the tape sandwiched between each separation hole is different from that in Example 3. As in Example 5, if the tape is narrow and thick or strong, the separation operation becomes easier.
